Product Installation Service
Product installation service involves on-site installation and remote installation.We provide installation services in accordance with the contract.
Software Support Service
Software support services include rule upgrade, patch update and license support. The rule upgrade and patch update services are available if you have bought the software support service. The update file can be found from: http://update.nsfocus.com
Hardware Support Service
The hardware support services include free reparation and alternative machine support upon license expiry.
On-Site Service
NSFOCUS provides the timely on-site support service if you have paid for the on-site service.
