For new customers using our products for the first time, please contact NSFOCUS Customer Support Center for your login password. Click Login in the Client Login area on the right of the page to navigate to the login page.
 
After successful login, you will see the detailed knowledge base and FAQs. You could also send questions online, which will be answered by our technical support engineers.

Descriptions:
  1. NSFOCUS provides technical support service including phone support and online
    support for card holders.
2. For technical support service, dial up the service hotline and press 1 after hearing
    the voice guide, then input the last six digits of your ID code.
3. Alternatively, you could login to the NSFOCUS website for online support with the
    username being the first four letters of your ID code and the password being the
    last six digits of your ID code.
