Co-sponsored by CIS,Beijing Information Industry Association, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Netcom and China Unicom, Telecom Security 2004 was held in the No.2 Hotel subjected to the Government Offices Administration of the State Council from Oct 27 to Oct 28, with over 400 participants. The forum, titled "Security Problems in Telecom Businesses--Analysis--Solutions & Cases", carried out in-depth discussions on the above subject.

Liu Wenhuan, the director of NSFocus Engineering Dept, gave a speech titled The Development & Design of SOC, which won participants' applauses and interests. Two solution from NSFocus -- The Development & Construction Solution of NSFocus SOC and NSFocus ADN Network against DDOS Attacks Solution --- were awarded Excellent Solution by the election committee, and would be recommended in the industry as practical solutions.
