On September 16, 2007, the two days fifth NSFOCUS outward bound training ended smoothly. Totally 62 staff in headquarter took part in the outward bound training.

This outward bound training contains items about team cooperation and self challenge. Our staff not only went through the hardship and risks met in completing these items, but also experienced the joy, excitement, and witty moment after success. Most of the staff is deeply impressed with the hardships for obtaining success.

Although short, the two-day training achieved the expected result. The training deepens staff’s understanding and acknowledgement of NSFOCUS’s enterprise culture, strengths the communication between staff, and helps them understand the essence of team spirit. The idea of “success comes out of teamwork” is planted in their heart.
