On June 3, 2008, NSFOCUS was invited to the Symposium of IDC Value-Added Product and Network Security Product held by China Netcom in Beijing. Liujiong, senior security counselor of NSFOCUS Industrial Technique Dept, made a speech named “Security Value Addition of Operator Broad Band Internet”, illustrating the deployment of NSFOCUS experience and solution in IDC value addition and network security through three aspects: value-added security service design of operator broad band Internet, DDoS traffic sanitization value addition, and cooperation experience in security value addition.
NSFOCUS has accumulated rich and deep experience in deployment of IDC products and solutions, especially in value-added product deployment such as resource reservation, security baseline assessment design, traffic monitoring, security event notification, traffic analysis report, traffic sanitization, and attack prevention. The key of broad band Internet security value addition lies in difference. Holding the spirit of professionalism and innovation, NSFOCUS came up with “Safety Island” last year, a solution of value addition in DDoS traffic sanitization security firstly released in China, which, with the further research of NSFOCUS products and solutions, will be more widely, scientifically and advancedly used in the practice of security value addition of operator broad band Internet.
As the gradual promotion of operators’ security value-added solutions and the incessant coming out of numerous solution modules, NSFOCUS will not only construct a secure network environment for operators, but also work together with operators to bring these professional solutions and services to the wider user group, contributing to operators’ business transformation.
