The “Petroleum Communication Technique Seminar” was held in Shenzhen by the Information Service Department of China National Petroleum Corporation on March 24, 2009. Information experts and executives from China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, and some affiliated oil fields, Chemical Refinery, pipeline factories and communication companies of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, etc. attended the seminar.
