The 2^nd Tianjin International Conference on Software Testing 2009 (TIST 2009) was held on April 23-24 in Saixiang Hotel of Tianjin High-tech district. This conference are sponsored by Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Tianjin High-tech Industrial Development Area Commission, and Tianjin Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, and jointly held by Tianjin Software Testing Center, Tianjin Software Industrial Association, and Management Center of Tianjin Huayuan Software Park. Attendees are from software testing organizations of all provinces, and NSFOCUS also took part in the conference as one of the most important vendors invited.

Bailei, NSFOCUS senior security counselor, made an excellent speech named Security Review and Testing of Information System Design and Development, which, from the aspect of security assurance around the lifecycle of information systems, introduces the method for reviewing security solutions and evaluating security risks during cycles of requirement analysis, application design and IT structure design at the early period of system construction, and analyzes the testing method for the implementation of security requirements and security functions during the processes of application function development and system integration.
