| NSFOCUS® Network IPS 1200 Earns “Recommend” Rating in New NSS Labs IPS Test Report |

Beijing, March 31, 2010 -NSS Labs, Inc., the leading independent security testing organization, today announced it has awarded the NSFOCUS NIPS 1200 appliance a “Recommend” rating in its latest Network Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) Individual Test Report. Only the top technical products earn a Recommend rating, regardless of their market share, brand recognition, or the company’s size. NSFOCUS also received “NSS Labs Approved” certification, becoming the first security vendor in Mainland China to achieve both categories from NSS Labs.
Designed to address the challenges faced by IT professionals in selecting and managing security products, NSS Labs reports offer unbiased, actionable information based on real-world test data. This Network IPS Individual Test Report includes the results of an extensive evaluation of the NSFOCUS NIPS 1200 against 1,159 live exploits using the NSS Labs real-world testing methodology. A rating was then awarded based on the product’s security effectiveness, performance, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
